Firstcom Global Capital

Advisory and Investment
across Africa, the Gulf
and beyond.

We identify opportunities, build the business cases that move them forward, connect the partners who make them real, and structure the capital that brings them to life — from energy to fintech to digital infrastructure.

How we work

Five steps from opportunity
to operating reality.

Our value lies in covering the full chain — from spotting an opportunity to seeing it operate. We don't stop at advice, and we don't show up only with capital. We build the project.

01

Identify

Pinpoint high-potential opportunities aligned with the markets we know best.

02

Build

Develop rigorous business cases that withstand institutional scrutiny.

03

Connect

Bring together local champions and international partners around the project.

04

Structure

Design the deal, the governance, and the financing architecture.

05

Deploy

Execute and bring the project to operating reality.

Focus areas

Three sectors where capital
and capability compound.

We concentrate on industries where our operating background gives us a genuine edge, and where Africa's structural needs intersect with global capital flows.

Energy

Solar power plants · Green fuel · Oil & gas

We support both the energy transition and the conventional assets that keep economies running — from utility-scale solar to upstream oil and gas projects.

Fintech

Instant digital payments · Payment cards · Local & international transfers

We build the financial infrastructure that brings African economies into the global digital flow, with regulated operations across the UEMOA zone and partnerships beyond.

Our operational fintech venture Firstcom Global Payments

Digital Infrastructure

AI compute · Datacenters · Cybersecurity

We back the sovereign digital infrastructure that will power Africa's next chapter — the compute, the facilities, and the cyber resilience the continent needs to own its digital future.

How to engage with us

Two modes of intervention,
often combined.

We engage as advisors, as co-investors, or both. The right mode depends on the project, the partners, and the moment.
