Throughout his career, he has played an instrumental role in the launch, growth, and development of many Telecom operators in West & Central Africa. His ability to navigate diverse markets, cultures and regulatory environments, as well as his skills in strategic planning, business turnaround, and value creation, distinguish him as a leader in the African business landscape.
In 2023, driven by a deep commitment to transformative change across Africa, Souleymane made the bold decision to found his own consulting and investment company. Drawing on his three decades of experience and expertise, he founded Firstcom Global Capital SAS and Firstcom Global Payments SA with a clear mission: to leverage its knowledge and resources to drive sustainable development, facilitate innovation and unlock opportunities for customers and partners across the continent.
